I am Chair of Web & New Media for the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. I'm fascinated by (or obsessed with) things like enhancing the visitor experience, evolving interpretation, putting the user first, nurturing innovation, streamlining process/increasing agility, advocating for change, inspiring hearts & minds. I'm fortunate to work with brilliant people at the Smithsonian and cross paths with amazing leaders in the field. I'm always learning new ways to think and/or do things, which is why I'm very excited to participate in this session.
